Exchange and Return

All Defective or unused items can be returned within 30 days from the date your order was shipped by Natural Kids. Please send a coppy of your invoice.  Prepare the merchandise for shipping with care, using the original packaging materials.  The items should be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.  You will receive a full refund based upon your original method of payment minus shipping costs.  You can also exchange your merchandise or choose a store credit option.  We recommend you insure returned items as we can’t be responsible for damaged or lost merchandise.  Please e-mail or call us before returning your items.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.  We use your personal information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number only in order to process your order.  We do not give out, exchange or rent your personal information to any other parties.

The use of cookies is an industry standard, in particular for e-commerce sites such as Natural Kids. Cookies are small pieces of information that your Web browser transfers to your computer's hard disk, hence saving your Web activities. Cookies monitor your clicks as you go through the Natural Kids shopping area, indicating whether or not we have repeat customers and serving as a means to speed up the ordering process. Cookies identify a user's computer but they do not contain any personally identifiable information.
