Customer Service Ordering There are several methods for placing the order with us for your convenience. You can shop with a shopping cart feature on our website. You can e-mail us your order at info@naturalkidstoys.com, or you can call us at Natural Kids In all instances you need to provide us with your name, address at which the order is to be sent, telephone number, and indication of preferred payment method. Orders placed with the shopping cart, or e-mail will be confirmed within one business day.
Shipping Items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible usually within 24 hours. Backordered items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Because large portion of our inventory is shipped to us from Europe there might be a longer wait period 2-4 weeks to receive them. If this is the case with your order you will be notify either at the time of ordering or when we will confirm your order. Orders will be shipped after we receive your payment. Natural Kids accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. To protect your personal information we use secure server. We ship through US Postal Services Priority Mail and UPS. You can expect your order to arrive 2-3 days after being shipped. If you live in US and need your order faster please connact us and we will do our best to help you. Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax, except Alleghany and Philadelphia County where customers pay 7% sales tax.

Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery.
